Sienna Ranch classes are outstanding because our staff is outstanding. Our refund policy allows us to reliably staff our programs with brilliant educators for your children, and to guarantee small class sizes. Please read our policies carefully and contact the office for clarification if necessary before registering for any class.
If you plan on having your child attend class year-round, it is best to sign up in advance. Many of our programs do fill up and if you delay in signing up for future sessions, the space may not be available.
School Year Class Discounts
Early Registration is open for all sessions and all classes until 1 month prior to the start of the session. Early registrants enjoy an automatic 5% discount.

Holiday Camp Discounts
Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break and Spring Break Camps do not have an early registration discount, rather, the following applies:
- Full-Day Discount (Thanksgiving/Spring): Register for a full week of AM camp, Ranch Play and PM camp and receive the value of Ranch Play free.
- Multi-Sibling Discount (all Camps): Register more than one sibling and save 10% on the second child’s camp balance.
- Winter Camp Multi-Day Rebate: Pay for one day of Week #1 or Week #2 Winter Camp full price and qualify for a $15 off additional days in the same week. (Note- Week #2 Equestrian Camp is a full 3-day camp and can not be split up into single days)

Camp or class refund, transfer or credit requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. All refund, credit, and exception requests must be made within 6 months after the program’s start date. Voicemail messages cannot be considered as official transfer or refund requests.Voicemail messages cannot be considered as official transfer or refund requests.
Refund: Receiving cash, check or credit card reimbursement for programming paid for out-of-pocket. Charter school funds cannot be turned into cash, check or credit card refunds. All credit card refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee which the credit card and registration company charge us.
Transfer: Moving tuition monies within the Sienna Ranch registration system directly to programming in a different date range (different week of camp or different session of the school year) for the same child.
Credit: Releasing tuition monies from a specific class/camp/program and applying them to a family’s general account. Sienna Ranch credit never expires and can be used by any member of the immediate family for any Sienna Ranch program including camps, classes, special events, or store items. Credit cannot be turned into cash, check or credit card reimbursement. Charter School Funds may not be turned into credit, as they are only valid for the exact session & class listed on the PO/voucher.

* ‘Time until the start of class/program’ is counted from the start time of the first day of the session.
* AM & PM camps are separate programs and incur separate fees for cancellations or transfers.
* Credit and Transfer are available for use between immediate family members only.
* We will do our best to honor all transfer requests but cannot guarantee space availability due to the first-come, first-served nature of our programming.
*Please note that ALL credit card refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.
**With one or more week’s notice, one-day programs like Try-It Archery, Private Archery and Try-It Riding Lessons may be transferred to a different date within the same school year. These programs do not qualify for refunds or credits. For Family Day refund/transfer requests, please read more here.
Missed Classes and Late Enrollment
- SCHOOL YEAR CLASSES ONLY: We offer a maximum of ONE make up class per student per class per session IF there is space in another time slot. If all the classes are full, or if there is no comparable class, we are not able to offer make up classes or refunds for missed classes. For this reason we kindly request you report planned absences to make it easier to grant make up classes to others. We do not offer make ups Week #1 or Week #8 of any session.
- HOLIDAY CAMPS: We are unable to offer make ups for any missed days of camp for any reason including illness, injury or family emergency.
- SIGNING UP AFTER PROGRAM IS IN SESSION: We WILL prorate if you are joining a class or camp after the start of the program. Please call to register if the class has already begun, as the online registration system will always charge the full program price.
Air Quality, or other Extreme Weather Conditions
We will endeavor to run programs whenever conditions are judged to be safe enough at our outdoor facility. Sienna Ranch uses nixle.com, http://www.baaqmd.gov/, http://www.weather.gov/, local emergency services, and other relevant emergency resources to stay informed on the latest conditions.
We do reserve the right to cancel programs in the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, dangerous criminal activity or any other hazardous conditions that would prevent us from running a safe program. In the event of program cancellation, Sienna Ranch will notify families as soon as possible via email to the address on file.
If program is cancelled for any reason we will do our best to make fair compensation for families by offering make ups or spaces in alternative programs. Please note that our private horseback-riding lessons have their own non-riding day policy.
Note that we decide whether to cancel a program or not based on our judgement of the safety of running our program according to the information we have access to at the time. We acknowledge and respect that families each have unique needs and levels of comfort and we encourage families to make the attendance decisions that are right for them. If programming goes ahead as planned we are not able to offer any refunds, make-ups, or credits to families who choose not to attend program that day, outside of our regular make-up policy for that program.
